This is a company called MIND. It is specifically dedicated towards young people and provides huge amounts of support and advice on their website. The feature we love the most is the 'Information and Support' tab, this provides you with all different types of mental health disorders so you educate yourself on your mental health, but also on all the different systems of support. If you are at a point where you are struggling and you can no longer look after your mental health on your own, this is a great place to start looking for help!
This link is for a company called Young Minds. They also support young people and help you understand why you feel the way you do; they even teach you ways of coping. Young Minds also include blogs of real-life stories, the purpose of this is to make you feel more heard and lets you know that there are other people struggling too. We love that this website allows you to donate, therefore the people who are not struggling, or have recovered from poor mental health can still get involved and help towards their charity.

This link takes you to the NHS mental health page. This page includes mental health helplines that are open 24/7 which are government run. This is available for yourself or if you are concerned about a friend or family member. They also include lots of therapy or counselling services which are free under the NHS (suitable for students).
