Is there any company in particular you recommend for extra mental health support?

Yes, of course! One activity we recommend but haven't included on our website or social media pages is taking pets for walk. This hasn't been uploaded due to the fact that it can't apply to everybody. However, if you need some company during your daily outdoor exercise, taking a dog will do the trick! If you don't have your own furry friend why not contact a neighbour or friend who does?

Yes! As we only offer tips and tricks to improve mental health as a student, we have included links to professional help under our 'support' tab. We, as a brand, are not trained professionals and therefore we always recommend talking to somebody if "Welcome To Your Wellbeing" isn't benefitting you as much as it should be.

Whether you love or hate fitness, it is always good to introduce some daily exercise into your lifestyle to improve your mental health. We have already mentioned walking in detail as this is something which we can all squeeze into our daily routines, however you can also try running, yoga, cycling and swimming. All of these exercises are free, however there may be a small charge to use a public swimming pool!

We have lots of content we think you'll enjoy! We have both an Instagram and TikTok page which are both linked on every page of our website. Don't forget to give us a follow on both platforms and also turn on the post notifications! If you need to contact us, both platforms are always being monitored so we will respond as soon as we can over there!

It is a known fact that eating healthily can positively impact your mental health and have positive physical effects too. We recommend that you eat enough nutritious foods, even on the busy days at university. It may be worth checking out some healthy eating websites which also provide recipes! We have previously recommended 'BBC Good Food', so why not try their recipes first? We hope you enjoy!

Reading is an activity that stimulates the brain whilst relaxing the body, so this is an activity we cannot recommend to you enough! We never want to recommend only one book as we know everyone enjoys different genres, so we have found a website that recommends books based on what you genre you enjoy.
